Lingerie Exchange and Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items need to be unworn and tags still attached. We have the right to refuse a return / exchange if there are signs of use. Please ensure your items are sent back with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. Faulty Items

All products are quality checked before posting however we will accept returns on faulty or items damaged during transit. Please ensure you contact us at hello@madamedahlia.com.au with your order number and photos within 3 days.
